ABOUT
Natasha Yefimenko, MBA, PhD
Empowering leaders to thrive in today’s dynamic landscape demands more than just conventional skill development. She specialises in nurturing the soft skills side of leadership whilst prioritising mental well-being.
Her mission is twofold: to equip leaders with essential soft skills and to cultivate a culture of trust and productivity within organisations. With a proven track record in neuroscience research and business, she enables leaders to enhance their effectiveness and lead with confidence.
Her methodology is the result of extensive experience working with diverse, multicultural groups across various sectors. By utilising neuroscientific instruments, she can identify and reinforce behavioural patterns that benefit not only individual leaders but also entire organisations by using tailored solutions. Whether you’re a startup, a multinational corporation, or anything in between, we’re here to help you unlock your full potential.
Built with this purpose in mind, Rewire Space serves as the platform for transforming leadership and organisational culture. You are welcome to join in redefining leadership excellence and nurturing thriving organisational cultures.

Principles
Her principles focus on helping both people and organizations work together for everyone’s benefit. I believe in always learning, understanding each other, and making sure everyone feels good about what we’re doing. By listening and adapting to each person’s needs, we can find solutions that work well for everyone involved. We stay open to new ideas and work together to make things better. Everyone should have a say and feel like they’re part of the team. We look back on what we’ve done, learn from it, and keep improving. This way, we build communities where everyone feels happy, connected, and successful together.

ART SPACE
Her studio, named Ca la Nat, is based in Vienna. This name draws inspiration from the Catalonia way of referring to someone’s home. She believes that home is where your brushes reside, reflecting her deep connection to her artistic craft.
Her work is a reflection of the beauty and complexity of the human mind, where reality and dreams coexist harmoniously. She started her journey with scientific illustrations, expanding into other mediums like watercolour, acrylic and ceramics, which add depth to her exploration of how art influences mental health.
She invites viewers to pause, explore the unknown, and find solace in the surreal, she works with media that flow to compass her mind with the movement of the pigments. Continuing her journey, she aims to inspire others to embark on voyages of self-discovery and contemplation, guided by the abstract realism and surrealism.
